These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications provided by BEST Labs LLC ("BEST Labs," "we," or "us"), including Runway, KinTable, WalkAway: Net Sheets, Cliffhanger, Remvi, and future apps we release. By using a BEST Labs app or website, you agree to these Terms.

License

BEST Labs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our apps for their intended purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BEST Labs apps only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or attempt to disrupt any BEST Labs product or the services it relies on.

Intellectual Property

BEST Labs apps and websites, including their design, content, and branding, are owned by BEST Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create or enter in an app remains yours.

Disclaimer

BEST Labs apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. BEST Labs apps may provide organizational, creative, or AI-assisted suggestions, and these are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEST Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of our apps.

Termination

We may update, pause, or discontinue an app, or your access to it, at any time as our products evolve. You may stop using our apps at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

App-Specific Notes

Runway

Runway provides financial planning calculations only. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on its output.

KinTable

Recipes and meal suggestions are provided for convenience only. You remain responsible for allergies, dietary restrictions, and safe food handling.

WalkAway: Net Sheets

WalkAway calculations are estimates only and should not replace professional advice from a qualified real estate, legal, or financial professional.

Cliffhanger

Stories and content in Cliffhanger are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, places, or events is coincidental.

Remvi

Where export features are available, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any memories you export.
